Dr. Andrea Buturácz joined our office in 2013. After graduation Andrea had been working at Parragi and Partner’s Law Office, where she was working mainly with family law, corporate law and winding up procedures. After 2012 she had been working at BALÁZS & HOLLÓ Law Office as trainee lawyer, where she gained knowledge in the field of construction law and immigration law.

In our Office, she is working mainly with data protection, copyright and the area in which she specialized in, advertising law. Her tasks include preparing the legal background of different promotions and sweepstakes, preparing the game rules, reviewing webpages from the aspect of advertising law and data protection, preparing terms and conditions for web shops, giving legal opinion in advertising materials, and preparing license and other agreements.

She graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 2011. During her university years within the frame of Erasmus scholarship she spent 2 semesters at Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II where she studied mainly international and EU law. In 2012 she completed the Maitrise Comparative Law / Hungarian law (Master 1) course at Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II. During her professional career she gained experience in many fields of law including especially corporate law, family law and real estate law and carried out legal representation during private law processes.

In her free time she likes reading and doing sports, if she can spare the time, she likes making photography.
