Dr. Teodóra Kondráth participates in the life of the law office since its foundation. Through the years she gained experience in several fields of the law, as corporate law and labour law. She actively participated in auditing of companies and carrying out transactions, and also in the comprehensive legal advising concerning various labour law issues. She also represented the clients in related administrative and judicial procedures.

Besides corporate and labour law, she is specialized in intellectual property law. In our law office, she carries out company registration procedures from the foundation of companies to share transactions, to the winding up of companies. Besides these she also is advising in labour law issues, preparing and reviewing employment contracts, their amendments and regulations, partaking in the termination procedures of the employment relationship.

She studied at the University of Miskolc Faculty of Law where she graduated 2007. During her studies, she was interested in business law and civil law.

In her free time, she likes to do yoga and hiking.
