Dr. Hatházi Vera Law Firm currently counts 10 colleagues. The founder and manager of the firm, Dr. Vera Hatházi formerly worked at ECOVIS HUNGARY, and later became an associate at the Várnai and Patners Law Firm. Her experience of more than ten years in the profession has showed her, that a good lawyer is not one, who just effectively assists when needed – although this is also an important factor – but one, who thinks together with the clients, knows their business background thoroughly, perceives the risks, and gives advices to prevent problems and not to react to them. We practice our jobs according to this ars poetica.
We give full-range legal consultant services in Hungarian, English, French and German languages. All of us have extensive experience in general civil law, company law, and the representation of clients before court.
Our lawyers also offer mediation, which is a quick and out-of-court form of dispute settlement. The firms’ organizational structure, the high competence and experience of our colleagues, and furthermore the stable and advanced infrastructure behind our firm all contribute to the continuous and flexible availability we can promise to our clients.
Our customer base mainly builds up from national and foreign small- and medium-sized businesses, but we give constant or case-by-case legal services to a number of large businesses as well.
